為了更好地將學(xué)校工作有序開(kāi)展，我們通過(guò)全校師生共同探索，努力，我們確立了以“花文化”為核心的校園文化體系，來(lái)引領(lǐng)學(xué)校的全面工作，并取得了較好的效果。“花”文化體系煥發(fā)學(xué)校生命力。學(xué)校的花文化體系由“花田環(huán)境、花悅課堂，花香德育、花開(kāi)課程、花匠團(tuán)隊(duì)”五個(gè)部分組成。涉及到學(xué)校的教學(xué)改革、課程建設(shè)、德育活動(dòng)、教師團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、學(xué)?；A(chǔ)建設(shè)及安全等各方面工作。
