Step 4. Post-listening
The teacher will ask students to read about the disasters below and prepare a short news report on one of them. Remind to start with the most important information and then provide the details. Then some groups are encouraged to show their news reports.

Step 5. Summary
The monitor will be encouraged to summarize the main idea of the passage and the teacher will tell students they should protect the nature.

Step 6. Homework
Please search for more information about one of the natural disasters and show it next class.
【設計意圖】合理的課后作業(yè)布置可以讓每個學生將課堂活動延續(xù)到課下,將所學知識進行遷移創(chuàng)新,拓寬學生的知識面。
